Annual contract
12-month term with upfront payment. Cancel auto-renewal with 30 days' notice — the contract expires at the end of the paid period.

Upgrade live immediately, at any time. Downgrade possible, takes effect from the next renewal.

Site and services online within 7 days of signing. Setup cost is one-off, agreed before kick-off.

How does the contract work?
The contract is annual with 12 months paid upfront. Early termination is not provided, but you can cancel auto-renewal with 30 days' notice: the contract naturally expires at the end of the paid period.
When does the site go online?
Site and services are activated within 7 days of signing the contract and paying the initial setup.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan is possible at any time and is active immediately. Moving to a lower plan is possible, but the change starts from the next renewal.
What changes between annual and monthly billing?
With annual upfront payment you benefit from a reduced equivalent monthly fee. With monthly billing the cost is spread month by month, but the fee is higher. In both cases the contract is annual.
What is the activation cost?
It's a one-off fee for the initial configuration: technical setup, onboarding and site personalisation. It is not included in the monthly fee. The prices shown are indicative; the exact quote depends on the venue's complexity.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, domain, SSL certificates, backups, technical updates, security and all new product features. Plus the support of our team.
How does the AI integration work?
The AI assistant answers the phone 24/7 with the voice and tone of the venue: it takes bookings and writes them directly into the diary, accepts takeaway orders, suggests daily specials and handles after-hours requests. It supports optional voice cloning and natively speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish and German. Available from the Bookings and Operations plans at an additional cost of €60/month.
How does the AI integration minute quota work?
Each AI plan includes a monthly conversation minute quota. If you exceed it, additional charges are calculated at cost price — with no markup from us. You'll find the quota details in the contract.
Are there commissions on bookings, orders or delivery?
Zero. Menuary takes nothing on your orders, bookings or deliveries. What you earn is yours, in full.
Can I use my current domain?
Yes. We can configure your existing domain or register a new one. In both cases at no extra cost.
Is the website available in multiple languages?
Yes. Every website is built multilingual by default, covering the main European languages: Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. Additional languages can be added on request based on the venue's typical clientele — for example Russian, Arabic, Chinese or Japanese for areas with high international tourism. The cost of additional languages is agreed at quote stage.
